Shipping policy
What is your Free shipping policy?
We offer standard FREE ground shipping to all main cities/centres.
PLEASE NOTE: Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to rural or remote areas, or where standard courier services are unavailable due to the size of our packages. If this occurs, we'll contact you before dispatch to discuss your options, including any additional shipping costs.
Orders received by 12:00 pm (AEST), Monday-Friday, will ship in 3 business days in most cases and delivered within 5-7 business days, however, no guarantees are made.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next available business day.
General
We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Note: Superspace is not liable for delays in shipping caused by external factors (i.e., weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, traffic accidents, etc.).
Additionally, Superspace will not be liable for any customer errors made at the time of purchase.
Can I expedite my order?
We would like to accommodate specific delivery windows, but we’re unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.
Can I change the shipping address on an order?
We're happy to update your shipping address as long as your order hasn't shipped. Please notify us at hello@getsuperspace.com.au
What countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we are only shipping in Australia, the US and the UK.
